====== Disbursements ======

This section is for working through buttons, related lists and lightning pages for the Disbursement object. Disbursement represents the amount and date for paying out of a funding request and it is a Outbound Funds Module object. Add custom fields as needed. For more detailed instruction on configuring Page Layouts or Lightning Pages, see the [[1accounts|Accounts]] or [[20contacts|Contacts]] object configuration.

==== Page Layouts ====
    * Click **Setup**, **Object Manager**, **Disbursements**
    * Select **Page Layouts**, Select **Disbursement Layout**, then **Save As** to create a new version
    * Click **Related Lists** in the pallet
        * Add or remove related lists as needed
    * **Save**
If a new page layout was created, assign to the appropriate Profiles

==== Lightning Page ====
Follow the steps below to clone the Disbursement Record Page and customize.

From Disbursement, Object Manager, Select **Lightning Record Pages**
    * Click **Disbursement Record Page**, Click **Clone** and add a new label and API Name, configure as needed
    * **Save** and **Activate**
