This section is for understanding how to use the GAU Expenditure object. The GAU Expenditure is a child record of the Disbursement record.

Custom Fields
Fields included with the Funding Request object include picklist, lookup, formula, date and text fields. Work with your teams to determine how your org uses this object. Make sure the fields are included on the Funding Request Page Layout and Lightning Page.

Review GAU Expenditures
- If the Payment Scheduler was used to create Disbursements and GAU Expenditures then from the created Disbursement record, click Fund Expenditures tab
- Select a GAU Expenditure record to open it
- Note the Disbursement link
- Note the Fund link
- If Fund Intentions are used, that field will be populated along with the Intention Description
- Note the Amount
- The Accounting section would only be available for use with Fund 360
