Fund Intentions

Fund Intentions is designed to assign default intent for fund use. Each Fund can have it's own set of defaults.

• Select Fund record to set Fund Intentions
• Click Related, Fund Intentions related list, Manage Fund Intentions

• Add Description, Percentage, Program Area and Subprogram Area as necessary for each intention
• Click Add Row to create another Fund Intention
• NOTE: The total Percentage must equal 100%

Fund Intentions are shown on the Funds related list Fund Intentions are shown on the Fund (GAU) Expenditure Fund Intentions are shown from the Disbursement page, Fund Expenditure Tab
